Return and Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange Policy:

Warbird Outfitters Inc. and WarbirdFishingGear.com will accept, for return or exchange, items that are new in condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer within 14 days of receipt of order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days of receipt of the order. All items returned must be in original packaging and original Warbird Fishing Gear tags. Please allow 5-7 business days of process time as Warbird Outfitters Inc. products are processed, received, and shipped through an independent carrier. Once the returned product is received a refund will be processed towards your original form of payment.

*Some items are not eligible for returns or exchanges and are final sale. These items include but are not limited to face masks, gaiters, bathing suits and sale items.
