Holiday Shipping Policy:
Orders placed on the following dates will be processed on the following open business day:
Tuesday, November 23rd, 2021 (will process on 11/29/2021) *closed for inventory
Wednesday, November 24th, 2021 (will process on 11/29/2021) *closed for inventory
Thursday, November 25th, 2021 (will process on 11/29/2021)
Friday, November 26th, 2021 (will process on 11/29/2021)
Friday, December 24th, 2021 (will process on 12/27/2021)
Friday, December 31st, 2021 (will process on 1/3/2022)
The cut-off time for expected deliveries prior to December 24th, 2020 is all orders must be processed and shipped before:
UPS/FedEx: December 12th ,2021
USPS First-Class: December 12th, 2021
USPS Priority Mail: December 12th, 2021
We do not guarantee as shipping times may vary on delivery locations.
Holiday Return and Exchange Policy:
Warbird Outfitters Inc. and WarbirdFishingGear.com will extend a Holiday Return/Exchange Policy beyond our normal 14 Day Return/Exchange Policy for a return for store credit via e-gift card or an exchange for items in stock. This applies only to items that are new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer before January 14th, 2021, on all orders placed between November 25th-December 31st. All items returned must be in original packaging and original Warbird Fishing Gear tags. This does not apply to sale items as they are final sale and we do not accept returns for sale items. Please allow 5-7 business days of process time as Warbird Outfitters Inc. products are processed, received, and shipped through an independent carrier. Once the returned product is received a refund in store credit via e-gift card or exchange will be processed.
*Some items are not eligible for returns or exchanges and are final sale. These items include but are not limited to face masks, gaiters, bathing suits and final sale items.
